Responsibilities

• Oversee the turnkey installation of new manufactured homes.
• Oversee contractors to ensure they complete the scope of work on time & provide quality results by meeting and going above standards
• Will report daily to the Construction Manager with status updates and issues
• Will consult stakeholders and develop solutions as onsite issues arise
• Responsible for attending municipal inspections and updating the field app with completion dates and daily notes with specific details so that information can be reported to the client

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or manufactured housing, project coordinating, and sub-contractor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, customer service, or related field
• Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully.
• Must be detail-orientated, accountable, and have a bias for action.
