Responsibilities
- Oversee the turnkey installation of new manufactured homes.
- Oversee contractors to ensure they complete the scope of work on time & provide quality results by meeting and going above standards
- Will report daily to the Construction Manager with status updates and issues
- Will consult stakeholders and develop solutions as onsite issues arise
- Responsible for attending municipal inspections and updating the field app with completion dates and daily notes with specific details so that information can be reported to the client
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or manufactured housing, project coordinating, and sub-contractor management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, customer service, or related field
- Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully.
- Must be detail-orientated, accountable, and have a bias for action.
